ü  Responsible for handling IT requirements.
ü  Responsible for full-cycle recruiting
ü  Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

ü  Responsible for handling full recruitment process and good sourcing skills on job portal / Social networks/Through own network etc.
ü  Working closely with Business Manager to identify -potential resource pool.
ü  Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job -requirements, planning & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation.

ü  Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, consultants, internal references and Job Portals.
